I would like to see a mod developed for allowing bomber aircraft to launch nuclear tipped cruise missiles to simulate real Cold War WW3 bombing missions. The Kola map and Caucasus already have major targets for B-52s and B-1Bs to strike. This would also make for great missions for an FF Foxhound or Mig-25.

As anyone familiar with the MiG-21 nuke will confirm, simulating even a vastly-underscaled nuclear explosion is problematic due to the amount of simultaneous destruction involved. Possibly acceptable in single player, to people that don't mind an obvious long-duration stutter, but clearly unacceptable in multiplayer (using the MiG-21 nuke will get you banned from several servers)

I could crash servers with it back in the day. I bet I still could.

Not gonna happen, ED stated more than once.
Its a ethical thing if i remember correctly.

Nevertheless, at least dummys would be nice to have. A Impact of these could just end the mission.
