Unfortunately I did a cleanup that wiped my screenshots and track files.  I will spend some time to try to replicate this and post a track file.

What happens to me occasionally is a baked in hard right roll. At first I thought it was a stall related to carrier take off, but it even happens with very light overall weight, and follow the same procedure with the same loadout back to back produces a very easy takeoff at the same indicated air speed.

The thing that solidified this for me was an instant action free flight in which I immediately rolled right upon start.  The stick was visually centered, the ailerons were visually centered on the wing, the trim was centered but the plane was rolling hard right.  Eventually I was able to trim it out using about 80-90% of my left aileron trim.

Again, I'll try to provide a track file if/when this happens next. I had some but they got wiped.  In talking to a few others they have experienced this also.

Same was happening to me during first Corsair flights after installing last week patch. With everything seemingly centered, plane required full left aileron trim just to stay somewhat level, it was also loosing all directional stability when slowing down for landing and once it failed to retract right main landing gear even though I didn't hit any ground object that might cause damage.

First check of the forum if other users were reporting the same returned nothing, so I disabled my mods, ran a repair (not even full one, only the fast one) and enabled mods.

Problem disappeared (for the time being, at least). I guess something got messed up during that loooong and slow patch download and installation process. Try repair youself, maybe it'll fix the issue for you as well.

It happens at random.  I notice it when doing air starts to practice BFM.  A small percentage of the time and you will have the roll input stuck.  No predictability to it that I can find and a restart of the mission makes it go away.

Same for me.  About one out of five mission starts.  Seems to be a damaged wing as trim doesn't help and hard g's makes it even worse.

I haven't been able to replicate it yet.  Just seems to be very random.

I've experienced this same thing a few times - an apparent hard right hand roll when taking off from the carrier that puts you in the drink, and have seen several others have the same thing happen in online multiplayer missions.  I haven't had the time to try and capture a track file that would pass muster for a bug report (mission has mods, or too long, etc), but just chiming in with a #metoo.

Same problem here, indeed happens only rarely but I was able to save a track file this time! Hard right roll without any aileron/rudder input and in the past I've also noticed one of the main landing gears not retracting when this happens.

Anyone now if Mag3 is tracking this?  We get it often on the vCTF-58 server, mostly because we fly the F4U exclusively.  I used to get it once in a blue moon but it is happening more and more.  Tonight it happened two times in a row, the other night one of our members couldn't attend our training because it was happening every time he tried to take off.

Thanks to the advice of an online mate, before taking off I now fully cycle all trim tabs and then set them to 6, 6 and 1. This seems to mitigate the occasional hard right roll on take off.

This is what has happened for me too, very occasionally. A very hard roll to the right with no control input , then when lowering the gear, only one gear comes down. I can capture a screen shot of the one gear, but then when I play the track, it shows both gear down for some reason.

If you try using multiple hydraulic systems at the same time, the gear will hang up occasionally.  For example, if you drop your flaps too early and they have trouble extending, the pressure isn’t available to push the gear down.  Try dropping the gear first, and confirm they are fully down before extending the flaps.

I thought the problem was something like that because I had been pretty lax in following correct landing procedures (you were the most helpful to me in pointing that out to me btw, so I   thank you for that). But since then , I have been very careful about landing procedures ,including putting the gear down first before any flaps. Now I feel really certain though that this problem is caused by a software bug. When this happens to me, the severe right roll is apparent as  soon as I spawn into the mission (it's an airs spawn mission that I made for myself to practice landings) . Whenever I get this severe right roll, I know that only one gear will come down. It happens only once in a great while, although I have had it happen a couple of times in a row. Another weird thing I have noticed is that when this happens, the track of it flickers. All my other tracks don't flicker like that.

I had the gear thing (right one in my case) happen already on takeoff, ie. failure to retract even when no flaps were used.

Haven't played DCS in a week, but I wonder if re-saving my old custom training missions would help? I recall reading it might, although I don't remember if it was in reference to Corsair or MiG-29 shenanigans after latest patch.
