As I know that there is no pre-order according to the Steam policy.  However, when this mod is available to sale @ ED officially, and it is available in Steam.

This is the limitation of getting the new ED mods from Steam.... sorry 😞

Due to recent steam policies- You cannot put a pre-order on DLC unless a release date is given.

now, with the Mig29 ED actually put the release date as the very last day of september- and those with a keen eye would notice, that before the pre-order opened on steam, it was marked as either "TBD" or coming soon. But as soon as pre-orders open there has to be a release date.

What I have seen 3rd parties do- is to have the product release on steam on launch day- and keep the pre-order discount applied on the steam store for a week or two, HB did it with the Phantom since they avoided opening pre-orders on steam, so they offered the equivalent discount amount for a few weeks post- release.

What is the planned release date, within the reasonable, 2 weeks! I mean an expected one as everything is subject to change, October, November (2025)??

Same. I want it through Steam as have all my modules there. And Steam->ED is possible, the other way round - not...
Would get it now on Steam as pre-order with discount but in this case I will grab it as soon as it appears there (with the discount hopefully).
Thanks.

It has happened at least once with a new module that the discount didn't kick in right away on Steam. It was reported and took a few hours to fix. So if the C-130 is up but with no discount, check the forums and see if it will be corrected.

Saw it on Steam and Steam price is the same as ED's store.  But, is the same discount?

I think the last time I asked, maybe for the Mig-29, they said the price included the discount but didn't mention that it was included.

Thanks.

I guess that Steam maybe has the addition fee from the vendor, therefore, the price is increased with the less discount from the original discount.

The launch price is the same, which is good. It's a pity that pre-order (with a slightly lower price though) was not available on Steam, but now it doesn't matter. We can get it in our hands.

Steam does not allow pre orders anymore.
