It's not finished yet (still have some files to redo, and then lots of revising), but I figured I would post some screenshots, and see what everyone thinks. Any feedback would be helpful.

This looks outstanding!  It may sound petty but just recently I had considered  getting back into the F-16 after a long time away but the relatively low resolution cockpit, especially compared to say the F-4, pushed me away, as in its default state it's simply several years behind graphically. And I've been hoping that somebody would take on this project to spruce the Viper up! Can't wait to give it a try once you release it.

Looks good! Maybe the glass could have a bit of dirt in the edges, a few scratches and be less clean?

I hope at some point ED add animations for the throttle and joystick.

The throttle already has animation, and the stick in the real plane does hardly move at all. It is based on how much pressure you put on it rather than movement.

I meant the HOTAS switches - they don’t rotate or move. Regarding the joystick, I meant the trim switch and pickle button etc. Maybe I’ve been spoilt, as the F-4E was the first module I bought, and everything in the cockpit moves as expected.

Yeah, it's a bit strange since most modules have these features. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Cockpit selection under the F-16 special settings.

I tried that, but it's not working. The mod is identified in the Special Settings menu as ModelViewer (the folder with the modded files.) I thought it might be conflicting with the F-16 HUD mod but I deleted that and no change.

Hmmm... Maybe I was wrong. Did you put it in the Liveries folder? You might want to read the comments in the download section. I got a little confused actually.

Once this is installed in the Saved Games folder, how do you activate it?

There's currently a bug with DCS, which causes custom cockpit textures, to not load the first time. I more often than not, have to load DCS -> Exit Game -> and Load DCS again before the re-texture loads.

Sadly, the Customized Cockpit option for the F-16C (and AH-64D), does not work. It does work, for the A-10C and CIII though, oddly enough.

I use Ovgme to enable/disable the F-16C cockpit liveries. So, i advise to use Ovgme, or similar, for enable the F-16C cockpit liveries.  It works this way for me with no issues.

Unfortunately, that process to load the custom cockpit does not work for me (tried multiple restarts and different missions.) It's sad, but typical of ED, that this bug is at least four years old and hasn't been addressed.

If you apply them in the core. Then it's a workaround for this bug.

I took a look at the core F-16 cockpit textures and they are all contained in a .zip file. Are you saying to copy the files into the zip itself or just into the same folder?
