Deimos Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago .....but why can a MI-8 fire all its rockets without that effect ?! (while hovering) It takes only ONE small rocket to kill BOTH engines on the Hind. The intakes are in top - so how ? I see others like the Apache doing the same. is the effect on hinds engines "a little overdone " ? (while hovering) Because ED hasn't modelled it for the Mi-8. The Mi-24 being much newer received this effect, just like the new Ka-50 update. 55 minutes ago, Deimos said: It takes only ONE small rocket to kill BOTH engines on the Hind. One small rocket doesn't sound right though, you got a short track of it?
Solution Deimos Posted 6 hours ago Author Solution Posted 6 hours ago hmmm....i tried to reproduce the situation. it took two little lady-rockets, to take the engine down. That´s not much either btw... May be it was the direction i was slightly drifting - but after one rocket, i went down sometimes.
