Creating Mission in Kola Fails whenb try to save

I need some help in the Mission Editor if anyone could...    I am building a mission using the Kola Map.  I am using a Static template of an airfield.  Once loaded I try to save and just Hangs.   I downloaded the .STM from the user download section. I attached some files. to help what I did and am seeing.  I Also added the Static Template for the airfield I was using     

KL - BLUE - Kirkenes.stm DCS Hanging on SAve Eventvwr.txt dcs Eventvwr Error.txt

These hangs occur when you use a Static Template that employs units from a User Mod, but you don't have that Mod loaded. For example, kirkenes has this warning on its file description:

You need to have those user mods loaded on your DCS in order to be able to load the Static Template properly.
