no fix M9 - DataLink, Tels and Betsy

1) The datalink doesn't seem to turn on for 33 and 35 until we engage the first SAM, Betsy's never seems to turn on, 33 and 34 show up as unknown prior to that 

1a) How do you check the fuel state of a wingman via datalink?

2) The intial batch of TELS are reported , and then when i report them to 33 he calls no joy and then engages 

3) on the way back home Betsy reports a low fuel state and we we go to the tanker to refuel after being detached etc... she never actually refuels ?

Hey, for D/L nothing I can do. It is set up exactly the same in all missions and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... I know if I were using stock wingmen it would but they are useless and can't do 30% of what I need the AI to do, so wingmen are always as separate groups.
