Droning_On Posted September 29 Posted September 29 Hi ED team, I wanted to raise a concern that’s been growing steadily over the past few months. Since the release of the Spitfire and associated Battle of Britain assets, it feels like this incredible part of the sim has been left to gather dust. Three campaigns — while appreciated — simply aren’t enough. I’ve flown them dozens of times each, and frankly, I’m now bored. The aircraft and period assets are beautifully crafted, but without fresh missions, dynamic campaigns, or expanded historical scenarios, they’re not living up to their potential. It’s frustrating to see such iconic content sidelined while other modules continue to receive regular updates and new campaigns. Could we please see some renewed attention here? Whether it’s new single-player missions, multiplayer scenarios, or even a proper Battle of Britain dynamic campaign — anything to breathe life back into this era. The community is passionate about WWII aviation, and the Spitfire deserves more than being a hanger queen. Thanks for listening — hoping this sparks some movement. Best, James Remember ED release the old RRG Studios content kickstarted rescue them and complete (P-47, Fw-190A-8, Spitfire Mk.IX), and ED make the others (P-51D, Fw-190D-9, Mosquito) Modules. ED continue with WW2 with the release of Marianas WW2 map, the incoming modules of F6F Hellcat, and the future A6M5 Zero and the PTO WW2 assets pack. Other 3rd parties as M3 (release the F4-U and some free PTO units to WW2), Octopus-G (release the I-16 type 24 and has making the La-7), continue making modules to WW2 . Actually the Dynamic Campaing has on progress by ED, but the first iteration has modern, and WW2 coming later (No dates to release yet). Ugra Media continue making expansions to Normandy WW2 2.0 and ED has not expanded the Channel Map (has no talked yet about the next WW2 map). Nick Grey has claimed about make BoB modules and more content on a future after PTO. But not bad if other 3rd parties move to build more WW2 modules and maps. Campaign creators as Reflected Simulations, SUNS Simulations, and others, has continue making campaigns to WW2. 1 For Work / Gaming: 28" Philips 246E Monitor - Ryzen 7 1800X - 32 GB DDR4 - nVidia RTX1080 - SSD 860 EVO 1 TB / 860 QVO 1 TB / 860 QVO 2 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Warthog / TPR / 2xMDF Missing modules: Mig-29A / C-130J / F4UD-1 / F-5E Remastered / OH-58D / CH-47F / F-16C / F-14 / Mi-24P / JF-17 / Fw-190 A-8 / I-16 / CE-2 / Yak-52 / FC2024 Cold War Germany / Afganistan / Iraq

Let's take it one step at a time: Regarding AI units. We don't know anything about new units for the European theater (as mentioned before, ED is currently IA focused on the Pacific), except for a T-34 IA that appeared in "2025 and Beyond,". Has some air AI units "claimed" (Bombers/fighters) to add to ETO, but none has been confirmed yet. No third-party AI pack has mentioned anything about an AI pack for WW2 on Europa yet (M3 has build a PTO assets pack). Dynamic campaign is coming, but there's no release date or when it will be available for WW2.
