I have sent emails to every address you have listed on this site no response. What kind of company are you? Do you just ignore your paying customers? The interesting question though is: which version did you purchase? Will be taken to the DCS homepage. Login with your Forum username and password. Navigate to Files/Products and you will find your copy of DCS:Black Shark together with your serial ready for download. I know, thats a good excuse - but it may be an explanation. However - I doubt that you will be ripped off. But keep bumping the forum / email may give you an answer. Right now it's weekend, noone is wathing the forum nor the email - but let's hope they catch your requests next week :) (Ah, I remember ordering in the early days of internet ..
