I get no handover to carrier crew on salute in F14

I've practiced my cold start on the carrier, made my own mission to do so, and after cold start, I salute, and get handed over to the crew, 

 

Now I've made proper mission, do the same cold start, chocks are removed, air and power is remvoved, I hit salute, but nothing happens, no handover to the carrier crew, if I start to move I get no raction, from the guys on deck, even if I drive over to one of the cats, nothing happens

You first salute and then do the startup. If there are multiple AI aircraft check if they are ready first and are tasked to taxiing before you or maybe there's some lock up. Make sure you salute with the bind, not comms menu.
