When ordering to engage, Blade responds to my order to go for the escorts verbally as commiting to the strikers, he seems to go after the escorts anyway , when in the return to the boat Blade is on my left rather than right, and does not kiss off when i am about to break but remains information wheels down as i land

Blade attacking the wrong target is just the AI being stupid as always, everything is set correctly in ME, so I guess I cannot fix that (though I will have another look).
As for the landing, will have a look too, thanks for the report.

clarification he is going for the right thing , but the voiceover implies he is not , I say attack Escorts, he says attacking strikers, and then goes for the escorts
