'New Posts' does not work?

Is it just me, or does the New Posts link on the top toolbar not work?

 

I get this error:

 

Database error The ED Forums database has encountered a problem. Please try the following:

• Load the page again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.
  
• Open the forums.eagle.ru home page, then try to open another page.
  
• Click the Back button to try another link.
