Yeah something like that probably. Search results for 'Lavi' list a few more pics of it from other angles. According to picture description it was a testbed for Lavi's radar indeed.

Yeah, the Beluga reminds me of an hydrocephalic dolphin. The Horten is amazing and remionds me of a Batwing.
