Hi

running a complete Ch setup

I have radar slew running from my throttle mini stick.

On the SU25T TV the slew is quite fast.

Is there a config setting to change this speed?

same here, I'm not seeing a way to adjust this yet. I keep going too far left then too far right, never able to designate accurately.

It's fast. Put the pipper in the approximate position of the target, then lock, then make smaller adjustments to put it directly on the target location. When you lock, the sensitivity is reduced massively.

that's exactly what i do.

but micro adjustments after lock a very quick

there must be a way to adjust this.

They're not very quick on my machine... have you tried turning on the laser and then making the adjustments? I'm at work at the moment, and I haven't flown the Su25 for a couple of days, so I can't remember if locking or turning on the laser makes the big change to the pipper speed.

I don't, however, have any problem designating targets. What controls are you using to control the pipper position?

I think both of us are assigning the pipper to a joystick hat since they don't allow mapping that to an axis, like my cougar microstick. After I lock with/without laser, I still find the gates jumping too far with each button press...luckily, it locks pretty well even with the target a little outside the middle box.

I'll probably start working on my cougar program to put the pipper on the microstick and put the brakes on my toe brakes, but it's been nice to just assign functions in the game...quicker.

On the CH gear you should be able to change the character rate in the program settings tab of Control Manager. I have mine set to 50 and I'm good w/it there. You'd have to tweak it a bit to get the repeat rate you want.

I've tried all the adjustments on my CH, and I can't get it to slew slower. It moves too far for a quick hit of the button. When you watch the training, it seems like he can move it slow and steady. That's how it should be, but i have no clue how to do it. This has annoyed me from day one about Lock On. There must be a setting somewhere that can slow it down. One quick hit of a button should barely move it.

ch setup here to go to the program control manager tab and adjust the character rate the higher the number the slower the data. the lower the number the faster the data

That only helps a little bit. It still needs to go slower. I was hoping for some setting in the game to adjust it.

My ministick worked with radar but jumped all over the place in the TV display, so I set it to mouse emulation mode and it works great now.

Be sure to set a big dead zone in the CH program, mine is 30.

I'm in directx mode on the ministick on the pro throttle
