And if I will land at a carrier, will I get responses from flight control when I am at glide path or under/over the glide path like in Lock-On?

No that is only in the FSX Acceleration missions they have not yet got it to work in MP and you would have to make your own missions with the SDK(or someone will have to) to get it to work with the VRS Superhornet. There is however now ILS for moving carriers in MP for the FSX acceleration Hornet and that could be setup to work with the VRS Superhornet. As for ATC and LSO no ATC for Carrier and the LSO is only basic as mentioned above.

Well yeah, but alot of people on Vatsim tend to have quite an attitude towards people who wants to fly military hardware and not glorified school buses :P

MS Flight Sim X, is best used for "real" flying.

When I was working on my instrument rating, using the G1000 in the 172SP to practice approaches saved me a lot of money.

You can practice DME Arcs, ILS, VOR, GPS approaches all day long.

I am now using it in multiplayer mode for my CFI training with my Dad to practice teaching a student how to fly. It is awesome we both can fly the same airplane and with Skype, I can talk to him as a real student and if needed take the controls as a real CFI would.

It is a great investment for saving lots of money for "real" flight training in the real world.

What resolution do you run FSX on? I'm running 1920x1200 and I'm kinda disapointed over the graphics in FSX ;) Only used it for 2 hours so far :( Am I missing something in the graphics settings? It does not come close to DCS resolution and graphics! The flight modell on P51 is also baaaad, too easy to fly, not like IL-2 at all! Prefer IL-2 for that plain.
