Saeid Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 Hi, Why there is no options to optimize joystick just like FC1 in FC2? I have Thrustmaster HOTAS X and it is very sensitive, I want to make it less sensitivity. is there even a config file that we can edit manually? [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] EMBEDONIX all about electronics!
104th_Crunch Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 In the game options go to controls, then select the aircraft and the Axis Commands in the drop down list. Finally highlight the axis command and then select Axis Tune. In fact, customization has been improved in FC2.
Saeid Posted May 28, 2010 Author Posted May 28, 2010 Hey thanks! Kinda tricky to find this options :D [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] EMBEDONIX all about electronics!
Mustang Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 Not sure if it still applies to FC2.0, but in your Config folder theres a file named JoyRange.cfg, in FC1 you could tweak this and get finer control. Take a look in this old thread as an example http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=27874&highlight=joyrange.cfg 1
IvanK Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 I use Joyrange = 1024 using a CH stick and I believe it gives better more precise input.
BIG_nasty Posted October 29, 2010 Posted October 29, 2010 Newb question to the answer, lol. Okay, I'm new... but not to flight or sims, just this one. The whole joystick optimization is a little over my head (:joystick:), and I need to tone it WAY down. I would appreciate it if someone could give me some sort of clue as to doing that I would greatly appreciate it, thanks in advance. Hrm...
