Looking back, I love the little stabilizers on the R-73. this flight required 2 refuelings ;) Default clouds in v1.1 are very nice. Winterscape is this ok? I suspect thats the default Su-33 campaign that comes with 1.1? I sure as heck would like to get it, if it werent. bSr.LCsta Posted May 3, 2005 Author Share Posted May 3, 2005 no Kousta, its a mission I made. I felt like making a long one. Mission is to escort 6 bombers on a 2000km round trip stike mission. Target is a group of Freighters (headed NE from Bulgaria ;) Tanker travels with the group for the entire flight and your task is escort only. (you never see the targets, but the bombers launch alot of ASM's) Flight takes 2.5hrs to complete. I was thinking of making a little briefing video and posting it for people to fly, but it is not classified and finalized yet. Still been testing the flights to make sure the timing is right. Dont get me wrong though, I Love missions that requre long legs where you must always be awake and alert, and not dosing off...short-circuiting the hud as you drool all over it. Looks almost like a nav-aid signal plot, but that would very from transmitter to transmitter, not likely something bolted to the frame of a jet. I made it one night at work while i was on break. i'm still suffering from 3D burnout after finishing my last work project. But I Have been meaning to try doing a game-res model.
