Mercury Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 Press and hold the fire button [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Specs: i7 920, GTX295, 6GB Corsair Dominator 1600Mhz, 1TB WD, ASUS P6T Deluxe, 1000W Corsair PSU, Coolermaster Cosmos "S" case, X-52pro, TrackIR 4
Jez Posted July 22, 2010 Author Posted July 22, 2010 tried that, did not work. Do the weapons only work on certain aircraft or certain situations
Feuerfalke Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 There are two different buttons to "fire": One for the cannon ("FIRE"), one for missiles and bombs ("RELEASE"). Of course you must enter the correct mode to deploy the weapon: Any Air-to-Air mode for missiles against other aircraft (Note, that some need a lock), bombs, Air-to-Ground-missiles and rockets require the ground-attack mode. CAT_101st Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 no arm switch If you try to use the A10 you have to select ground mode (7) first then swtch to AA mode (6) to be able to fire the AIM 9's. If you go strait to AA mode the AIM9 won't fire. Why I don't know and I argued with my budy about this for over a hour. It's just the way it works. good luck Home built PC Win 10 Pro 64bit, MB ASUS Z170 WS, 6700K, EVGA 1080Ti Hybrid, 32GB DDR4 3200, Thermaltake 120x360 RAD, Custom built A-10C sim pit, TM WARTHOG HOTAS, Cougar MFD's, 3D printed UFC and Saitek rudders.
