Swedish highway bases

Just for experimentation, I tried to land and refuel at a FRAPS. Can't get on it. Had to go and get a jerry can instead:

 

 

Jokes aside, I'd like to get some pointers on how to do it. I reckon the easiest way is altering the existing FRAPS, so planes can drive on them?
