Statistics of the 51st PVO Regiment Server

The stats software got a major redo, where the logic of who killed who with what and when is now better handled. All August and September logs have been reparsed with the new version, so things may have changed for some people.

I never shot down anyone with the sidewinder.

Fixed!

After crashing due to excessive G's I was granted a death By R-77. I was never hit by one.

Fixed!

Being hit by friendly fire grants a double death if the kill message doesnt appear on missile impact.

Fixed!

It shows he landed at "red maykop" even though the blue forces had actually captured it.

Fixed, sort of.

Unfortunately it is at present impossible to determine the coalition of an airfield when the game is running. Before the game starts, the coalition can be determined by which coalition takes off from or lands at the airfield. Because in your Capture Maykop mission both coalitions have waypoints at Maykop, I can not check who owns it during run time. Hence, I decided to go with the safe option and make it neutral so no one gets double points.

If I can be convinced that if a pilot lands there his coalition must have captured the base, I might do it the other way around and always give the bonus points for anyone landing there. So convince me :music_whistling:

At present this only seems to affect your Capture Maykop mission.

Even more unfortunately, it seems the airbase capture is no longer logged in the debrief.log. I am sure I have seen it there before, but it may have been broken with the patch. None of the logs from Capture Maykop have the capture event recorded

I think you might be right, I tested it in single player real quick and there doesn't seem to be a "base captured" line. How sad, because I certainly remember it being there in Black shark 1.0.1 when I started building the mission and again in FC2 when I continued the work there. It obviously still tracks it within the mission itself, as F11 view shows a red or blue flag at the base once its captured and all of the triggers associated with airfield ownership never broke.

I suppose its possible to figure out if a team owns it by AI actions. But that might be more work than what its actually worth.

The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.

Yes, this would be a lot more work. I have contacted c0ff to ask if there is a way to get the information during runtime, but I have not yet heard from him.

Nice work Case. we will continue watching it as we tackle with different situations. It seems much more mature now.
Thanks Pilotasso! I very much appreciate your bug reports, because errors I simply would not have known about, like your faulty AIM-9 kill.

I was wondering whether kills recorded in game make it to the stats board if the mission recycles mid flight?

Ninja Edit: It seems you have fixed it. :D What's this they say about great minds? :D

One more possible Bug. The stats show 2 kills by AMRAAM B and another by C on WODAN but I think it was the same engagement where he got hit twice before dying. The reason why I suspect this is because I only got 2 kills at the time, a Ka-50 and an F-15 but the stats show 3 for the first 2 sorties.

Could be a score board error also, I was almost sure I got 3 but there was one friendly mig in one of the engagements I was on.

EDIT: Im going to run the track and see whats in there.

I think this is an error with the ingame scoreboard. Soviet just reported a kill which didn't show on the ingame scoreboard but did show on the stats. In this case it was an AI. It may be that that has something to do with it.

Im going to run the track and see.

The event log for your flights tonight show that all the missiles that hit a target killed it:

Here's the log.

The track is running in the background (4gb+Quad core =bliss :D ). We have nothing to loose to double check. ;)

Im also curious because of that Ka-50 I never recall engaging one.

thx again

I have my fingers crossed that my stats code comes out as the winner :D

I thought i was missing something.... :megalol:

The stats show you got hit by Stinger from a Linebacker:

Apparently the hit was bad enough for the game to declare you dead, but yet you miraculously managed to limp back home!

So far I have seen this bug once before, where the game declares someone dead, but that player still makes it home alive. This is a bug in the game, not in my stats code, but I should be able to filter these out. This will take a couple of days, I hope you forgive me.

Case: there was an error after all.

Stats show I got 2 kills on Wodan, but in fact the track I just viewed shows 1 of them was on AI f-14 B_counter_1-3.2 instead.

This happened just after wodan was destroyed by another AI Mig-29. I was involved in the engagement as well and fired at him but AI's R-77 arrived first on the mark.

The kills are the same but ID's were mixed.

Can you perhaps send me an ACMI, or the track if you did not make one? I'd like to compare it to the events in the log, and it helps if I can see what happened.

Thanks Pilotasso, I will check it tonight.

Just curious though, how sure are you the track played back correctly?
