CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.

Guys what are you looking for in A-10 parts?

I ran in to a friend that was building kit aircraft and is now switching business to CNC machining parts and molds for other companies.

Any way I showed him my A-10A Main instrument panel and it would be no problem to make a C version with a few modifications for sim use

.( He is looking for a cheaper material to machine it from)

I all so showed him the Glare shield and my plans for the fire handle pulls he wont make less than a 15 unit run price he quoted me on the fire handle pulls $200.00 for all three.

Aluminum mount and handle base with an engraved lexan lens aluminum tube.

So is any one looking for replicas and not the SWAG that is being sold? let me know.

HI Cali I am sure he could do the F-16 panel. I don't have any experience with the f-16 or parts. The only person I have heard about making quality parts is Phaser in Germany . You might want to stop at VP I have taken a break from that building sight and you find its particular madness to your liking.

Arghhhhh if I have had this info earlier on.... I am already in the process of making my own based on measurements from MacFevre. They wil not be as good as these offered here :(

I will keep monitoring if anyone else is interested then I might have to jump in. For the time being I will continue on my far from accurate ones.

Cheers

Hans

Deadman, Any idea of when you will be releasing your great book of A-10C references?

I am looking to start my panels and am looking for the most accurate measurements.

Also I have been working on some firepulls for Macfavre and they are a pain to print on a 3D printer. : ) Good luck! Hopefully the resin casting will work out better.

Hi the book is coming a long slowly at the moment. I have been spending a.lot of hours on the handles started another part time job

. So I am working 50 to 60 hours a week. By your past threads your building parts for sale. The book is being made for the home builders making a set of panels for them selves. Please pm me if you want to work out a deal for you to commercial make and sell panels thanks Dm

I know there are several people working on Arduino systems for inputs and out puts but it does not appear there is a complete system yet.

Has anyone experience with PSCockit Systemhttp://www.viperpits.org/smf/index.php?topic=9235.0
