ED Team Glowing_Amraam Posted September 29, 2010 ED Team Posted September 29, 2010 (edited) Hey guys. :) Here is the list of movies i have created in the past! It starts from 2003 basically, up til now. I was originally planning on putting this list up on my own website, but since that plan went out the window, i thought i'd share it here! Still quite a few movies are missing though. (the timeline for when these movies were created aren't 100% correct though) ---- - Movie descriptions - ------------------- LOCK ON MOVIES ------------------------- 1. Lock On movie: This was my very first movie i ever created for the Lock On series. I made this video using "Windows Movie Maker 2.0" and this video was put together using clips from Lock On that were released from the official website at the time. Lock On was still in development, and my interest for making movies with this sim started to grow. 2. Lock On movie 2: Also made using "Windows Movie Maker 2.0", i put together this video using many clips that were released from the official Lock On website at the time. This video simply shows all the jets that are flyable in Lock On (SU-25T was not available at this time). After this movie, people started to recognize me for my movies and that really pushed me forward and wanted to make more. And so, my interest for making movies grew stronger. 3. Lock on movie 3: I made this movie when i was totally bored. Not kidding. Not much else to say really. 4. Lock On Commercial: This was the last Lock On movie i made before the game was released. 5. Mig-29 Dusk: The demo for Lock On had been released, and this was my first self-made movie using the sim. 6. Lomac Showoff 2: Still using the demo version of Lock On, i made this movie simply because i was bored and wanted to become more familiar with the game (terrible fps in this movie though, but still watchable). 7. Daredevil: My first movie using Lock On: Modern Air Combat, and not just the demo. A simple stunt movie with the Mig-29 and just flying around. My purpose for this movie was experimenting with camera angles. Also made with "Movie Maker 2.0". 8. Where Eagles Fly: I first saw a video on youtube (i think) with a video of F-15's and they were flying around to the song "Where Eagles Fly", and this gave me the idea to make a similiar movie. This movie is the result of just that, flying around in the F-15. 9. Operation Southern Cross (OSC): After my previous movie "Where eagles fly", a guy called "T-Bone" (from the lock on forums back then) contacted me and wanted me to become part of a project he was working on. He was creating an epic campaign for Lock On, called "The Black Sea Operations". He wanted me to create some sort of "promo" video for this campaign, and this movie is the result of that. This movie got some notice, and i was fortunate enough to get contacted by "Eagle Dynamics" (developers of the Lock On series). 10. F-15C Stunts (remake): This movie was originally created using "Movie Maker 2.0", but i later edited it using "Sony Vegas" and added sounds and color correction. And what is the movie about? Title says it all. 11. Operation Crimean Thunder (OCT): Second promo movie for "The Black Sea Operations". 12. Low and Fast: My very first movie ever created using "Sony Vegas", which replaced the old "Windows Movie Maker 2.0" for me. With Sony Vegas, i was now able to create video effects and add custom sounds. This movie is about flying the F-15 very fast and very low. 13. 23rd Fun: Still playing around with "Sony Vegas", me and a fellow pilot called "Tenrai" just flew around online, and i made this movie just for the fun of it. 14. 23rd Promo: I was once part of this squad, and i just made a small dogfight movie out of it. A small "promo", you can call it. F-15s vs SU-27s. This was actually my first dogfight movie I ever created. 15. Superior Fighters: My first big "hit". This movie started out as some sort of "Intro movie" for Lock On, but later i looked over the video, and found out i had actually just made a movie about fighters. Hence the name "Superior Fighters" just popped up into my head. This movie was also noticed by "Eagle Dynamics", and i was offered to become part of the beta team. I thank Eagle Dynamics for giving me this oppurtunity. 16. Lock On OVerview (Video0626): Eagle Dynamics wanted me to create a small "overview" movie of Lock On, and with the help of "Carl C. Norman" (aka Stormin on the Lockon forums), this was the result. It was not as we had hoped, due to many problems with my pc at the time. 17. "Wags": I made this movie as a tribute to Matt "Wags" Wagner, back in the time when we heard he was going to venture onto other projects (As this is a very old movie, Matt Wagner is now back in buisness and is currently involved in the creation of the DCS series). 18. BSO Teaser: A small teaser created for the BSO Campaign. The intro was inspired from the movie "Independence Day". 19. Operation Southern Cross REDUX (OSC Redux): A remake of the original "OSC" movie. 20. BSO Intro: This is the cancelled intro movie for the "Black Sea Ops" campaign (also cancelled). 21. Fun: I can't say.. Watch it with some volume and enjoy... ;) 22. Cutscenes 1-3 (BSO Campaign): These 3 movies were created as "Cutscenes" and were ment to be seen in- game between missions. But since BSO was never completed, these movies are quite useless on their own, but still fun to watch. 23. HEAT: A dogfight movie, created after i saw countless movies of the F-15 beeing blown to bits in other movies. So if you're an F-15 fan, you're gonna love this movie, if not, you're gonna hate me :P Short movie, made because the music appealed to me at that moment. 24. Anatolian Hawk: A small teaser for another cancelled campaign project related to "The Black Sea Ops". It's mainly a dogfight movie. 25. The Chase: Out of boredom, i created this nifty Dogfight movie, to a soundtrack from "Blade". Created in roughly 5-6 hours. 26. Hot Zone: In this movie, i fly the Mig-29 and attack a small helpless convoy. It was the music that really inspired me to create this movie. 27. Tomcat Tribute: A tribute to the retired F-14 Tomcat. 28. SPEED: A dogfight movie, F-15s vs SU-27s. Who's gonna win? This is part 1 of my "SPEED series". 29. SPEED 2 teaser: Teaser for SPEED 2. 30. SPEED 2 Final Teaser: Title says it all. 31. SIM MOD A-10 Promo: SIM MOD created a highly detailed A-10 model for Flaming Cliffs, and this is my small promo for it. 32. Unfinished movies and tests: In this zip file, you will find some movies and clips that were never completed, and just some tests and playing around. Nothing fancy, but i thought i'd share it. 33. Who Am I: Created in early 2007, this movie was just something i felt like creating, just for the fun of it. In this movie, you will see...well, me. A little movie about me, and some bad humor thrown in. No need to explain it, you need to see it yourself. 34. Nevada Promo: Short promo movie i created showcasing the Nevada Terrain created for Flaming Cliffs series, by "SIM MOD" team. 35. Tracer: This is a movie i created after seeing a track file posted on the forums by "Goon". He flew his SU-27 and fought against 3 AI F-15s and won. Quite an action packed movie. 36. Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 2 mini teaser: Teaser for Flaming Cliffs 2. 37. Lock On Platinum Promo: Promo movie for Lock On Platinum, which is essentially Lock On and Flaming Cliffs 2 in one single package. ---------------------- DCS BLACK SHARK MOVIES -- -------------------- 1. DCS: Fun with trains: My very first Black Shark movie, where i land on a moving train! Please note that this video was created using an EXTREMELY early build of Black Shark, so what you see and hear is outdated and is nowhere NEAR how it looks and sounds today. Music was created by Daniel "Biodroid" Henriksen. 2. TBS Naval: Not really "Black Shark" related, but since i used a mixture of both Black Shark and Flaming Cliffs to make this video, i thought i'd put it in this category. Eagle Dynamics asked me if i could make a movie for them, showing off the Naval aspect of the Sim. 3. Black Shark Promo 1: My first Official Black Shark movie. Music was created by Daniel "Biodroid" Henriksen. 4. Project 50: Another official Black Shark movie. This movie is the first movie where i really payed extra attention to the sound department. Enjoy. 5. EDGE: Offical DCS: Black Shark promo video. This is also my debut video using "After Effects". 6. DCS: Fun with trains 2: The sequel to "Fun with trains", using the very latest version of DCS: Black Shark. ----------------------- DCS A-10C WARTHOG MOVIES ---------------------- 1. DCS: A-10C Warthog teaser trailer: Teaser for A-10C Warthog. 2. Project 10 - DCS: A-10C Warthog promo: My big promo video for DCS: A-10C Warthog, also a "follow up" to Project 50. ---------------------- BATTLEFIELD MOVIES ---------------------------- 1. Bad to Tha Bone: Game - BF 1942 - One of my very first movies i ever created. Me and "BioDroid" used to make stunt movies for Battlefield 1942 back in the days when this game was popular. We just fly around doing random stunts, switching planes mid-air and so on. Fun and old movie. 2. BF Action film: Game - BF 1942 - I made this movie for the fun of it, where i fight against AI Controlled planes (wohoo). It was really intended for the "clan" i played with during those days. 3. Wacky Stunts: Game - BF 1942 - Some really insane things happen in this movie (well, insane back then at least :P ). 4. Mad Stuns: Game - BF 1942 - This movie is just funny. The soundtrack used here is crazy, and we do stupid and funny things. 5. Target Practice: Game - BF 2 - I used to fly the Chopper in BF 2 during both matches and public play. This is a video i created to show how i practice both flying and shooting before i jump online or anything (or at least i used to do it this way). 6. Target Practice 2: Same as above, but this time; MOVING targets. 7. Target Practice 3: Same as above, but this time, 3 roles are shown: Infantry - Tank - Chopper. 8. How To: Game - BF 2 - If you want to learn how to fly the Cobra in BF 2, this is not the movie you want to see. But if you want to see how i do crazy stuff with it, then this is THE movie to see. 9. Pwnd: Game - BF 2 - This was great, i simply had to have this on film. It was recorded from a clan match, and the enemy had stolen our fighter. I managed to get airborn in my chopper, and decided to go "jet hunting", cause i knew he was repairing his jet over the runway. I flew towards him, and if you want to know how i nailed him, see this small video. ------------------- VISUAL EFFECTS MOVIES ------------------ These movies were created from real footage of me and a friend of mine (who happens to be my roomie): 1. Clone Massacre: We cloned ourselfs, and then some sniper somewhere shoots us dead, and even kills a small teddy bear! ***Warning: May contain content not suitable for all viewers: Digital blood, gunshots, fake death*** 2. Creepy Eyes: Visual Effects clip - I replace my eyes with "demon like" eyes. Turned out pretty cool, i must say. 3. Phone Waste: Funny movie, and although you dont understand a single word we say (It's all in norwegian), we just say some crap about the phone before we waste it (digitally, of course). 4. Stiga Jumps: We saw the movie "JUMPER", and wanted to experiment. Not quite the same "effect", but the way we shot it makes it look convincing enough. He teleports through the wall, so to speak. 5. Meteor Impact: I created a digital meteor crashing into the ground behind a house nearby. The result isn't too shabby! I also made it so the meteor pass behind a cloud, with some minor glow to give the impression that it is indeed "behind" the cloud. --------------------- OTHER ------------ 1. DJ Keltech Logo 2: I created this small "intro logo" using SONY Vegas. 2. Flawless Rides promo 1 and 2: These 2 movies were created for a website called "flawlessrides.com". -- **Note to self: This list is still missing somewhere between 10-20 other movies/clips/videos.** Edited October 3, 2010 by Glowing_Amraam https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgJRhtnqA-67pKmQ3A2GsgA ED youtube channel https://www.facebook.com/glowingamraam My facebook page
Avilator Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Where can we see these? I only respond to that little mechanical voice that says "Terrain! Terrain! Pull Up! Pull Up!"
