Sticky Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 A question for those who has the Warthog HOTAs already, is there enough space on the stick to rest your thumb above the CMS? It looks very different from the cougar, CH, g940 sticks from the pictures I have seen. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] My Sim/Game CV: Falcon 1,3,4. Gunship. A10 TankKiller. Fighter Bomber. Strike eagle 2&3. This is where it seems natural to me, resting on top of the switch. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] "Is that you John Wayne?.......Is this me?" Teej Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 I usually have my thumb on the edge of the stick, next to the TMS hat. If I rest it on the CMS hat, too easy to make accidental inputs. It's kinda counterintuitive how comfortable it is on the edge there. "Tank! I need a program for a TM Warthog!" Thats what I wanted to hear, as long as its comfortable I dont care where (thats what she said:megalol:) I ordered mine last week, I have been searching for weeks for reasons not to buy it since I have a good HOTAS already, but in the end I couldnt resist :joystick: I will starve for a long time LOL [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] My Sim/Game CV: Falcon 1,3,4. Marder Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 Could someone please explain how the autopilot-button works? In the T.A.R.G.E.T. GUI it looks like the button can be pushed and stays down. On my Warthog it only can be pushed like a normal Joystick-Button, it does not stay in pressed position. Is my hardware broken?
