Where is the mysterious Beta forum?

Hi sorry for being so rude,

I'm new around here and couldn't spot any for the moderators to send a PM to.

 

I've bought the Beta, and can't find what should I do to gain access to the Beta forum.

As I said, I'm a bit blunt here, but I'll be happy if one of the mods will send me a PM so we can continue this off forum.
