Wotan_UK Posted December 29, 2010 Share Posted December 29, 2010 Firstly appologies for posting in this forum, unfortunately my account doesn't have access to the beta forum; when i have attempted to reset my password it simply says that the email address is not recognised, so i have had to create another forum account. Anyway onto the problem, i have updated my beta from Beta 1 to 4 and now cannot start, i am getting an error: string "./dxgui/skins/skinME/skin.lua" attempt to call field 'setDefaultFont' (a nil value) Was working fine prior to update. The recommended method is a clean beta4 install using the full installer, or patching beta3 to beta4. A complete new beta4 dowload is for me impossible due to the fact that I´m living in Sri Lanka and have max 50kb/s What do I´m wrong, just running after the Beta3 instalation the setup for the Beta4 patch.
