Kellerman Posted February 13, 2011 Author Posted February 13, 2011 Thaks all for help :) i think i will pre-purchase I have an existential question... in some videos camera on cockpit moves free like a human head... and in others camera moves like flaming cliffs 2 ( or lock on ) 2 examples: camera like Lock on: camera like real view: can anyone explain me the diference ? mouse move ?
Crosser Posted February 13, 2011 Posted February 13, 2011 In the first video he is using the keys to move the camera around, in the 2nd he is using TRACKIR(for the "human head" movement)
Sarge55 Posted February 13, 2011 Posted February 13, 2011 It appears that in the first video he is using a POV hat on a joystick and in the 2nd he is using Track IR Sniped! Irregular programming Posted February 13, 2011 Posted February 13, 2011 The "real view" is either done by Track IR http://www.naturalpoint.com/trackir/ or one of the free alternetives where you use a webcam to track head movement http://www.free-track.net/english/ http://facetracknoir.sourceforge.net/home/default.htm [edit] And I was beaten like a dead horse on a motorway..
Kellerman Posted February 13, 2011 Author Posted February 13, 2011 i cant use the mouse for similar move ?
Crosser Posted February 13, 2011 Posted February 13, 2011 By default I believe it is LALT C that will allow you to use the mouse to move your camera around. You'll have to press LALT C again to return it so you can click buttons though.

26-J39 Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 You can scroll to zoom view, but you cannot move your head forward and backward. You can access all 6DOF with the mouse. By default mouse button 2 or 3 (can't remember atm) is used as a modifier. Holding down the modifier key and using the mouse or scroll will access all the remaining axis like side shift, forward/back etc.
