Hi thanks for this profile how do you get the game to see it, I have read various posts without success. I keep receiveing mission editor lau messages.

Fraser...

1) Import the profile in Logitech Profiler

2) Make sure that the joystick has ID1 (Is displayed in the Logitech Profiler)

3) Start the game by right-clicking on the game exe file and choose "Run as admin".

That should do it, hope that helps you.

if it doesn help, then post a screenshot of the error and i will try to help you as much as i can

Hi I have managed to get the profile to load in the profiler, which then displays the keys ect. The problem I have is I cant start the game by just using the dcs.exe the mouse changes to the egg timer but the game doesnt start. I can only start the game with the laucher.exe am I missing some thing.

hmm, make sure that you dont use the shortcut in logitech profiler, but start logitech profiler and then start the game as you did before (Right-clicking the game-shortcut, and choose "run as admin")

G940 Force Feedback Question

Hi all,

I've got a new G940 and loaded up a profile (I think) and jumped into Instant Action. I fired the cannon and expected the feel that in the stick, but nothing. Is there no force feedback for cannon fire in the A-10?

Hope not, that was something I was expecting.

Please let me know.

Thanks!

In DCS World I can't find the A10C exe that would allow the profiler to launch the A10 profile instead of launching both the A10 and BS2 Profile I am getting now as the program directories are the same!

eagledynamics/DCS_World/Bin/DCS.exe

So that is the same link for 2 profiles!!! I have looked everywhere for module specific launchers to tie the profiler onto but no dice.

Very Frustrating.

i5 4690K, GTX1070, 24GB 1800mhz, HP WMR, Custom FFB helicopter controls.

There is not a separate launcher for each module. That is part of the point of DCS World. What type of profile are you talking about anyway? Controller or Video card?

EDIT: I think I get it. You are trying to autostart DCS with the logitech profile. You can't do it. You will have to start the appropriate profile manually and then start DCS World and fly the aircraft that you started the profile for. I have to do the same with Target (of course that is the way I have always done it so it is not an issue for me).

Regarding the profiling software: I have struck genius! Use Helios!!

With Helios you can swap profiles on the fly, ingame. So no need anymore to close the sim, select new profile in target, and restart the sim! :D Been working on this for the past couple of days. The only thing I have not yet figured out is how you can setup bands in Helios.

Cool. I have never messed with the Warthog integration into Helios. Of course, I also have not ever had a desire to fly a different aircraft in the middle of a flight either.:P
