mikoyan Posted March 26, 2011 Posted March 26, 2011 I finally got to fly (yesterday) my pakzone f4u (bought it a year ago) but unfortunately I found out that my rc skills are rusted since the poor airplane now makes part of the landscape.... It became part tree; it is to high to get it.
nscode Posted March 26, 2011 Posted March 26, 2011 shoot it down :D 1 Never forget that World War III was not Cold for most of us.
Liger Zero Posted March 26, 2011 Posted March 26, 2011 Here are several video i made with a minicam under my plane. All flights are above a former military airbase in the netherlands:pilotfly::pilotfly::pilotfly: Nowadays i fly with an electric jet but due to no gear configuration i haven't flown with the minicam. Flight 1 Flight 2 Flight 3 with around the 1.20 mark a engine failure with a rapid and Hard landing. Flight 4 video facing the rear. Foxhunt game. other planes have to fly off a streamer behind the aircraft. 1 aircraft manage to cut the streamer from 10 meters to 80cm 1

Vekkinho Posted March 27, 2011 Posted March 27, 2011 Haj that's one helluva RC fleet! Rep U! I'm a son of an ex RC enthusiast, I've spent my chilhood ('81-'85) at Lucko (sport airfield in the outskirts of Zagreb) where my father use to hang each and every "free" weekend. His models were preserved during his period of inactivity and I took over in late '90s. Lots of parts had to be replaced in order of safety and reliability, 2 stroke OS MAX engine cleaned, plugs changed, servos replaced and I've spent like 4 or 5 years flying constantly. However lack of free time slowed my down lately. I'll post some photos here as well, they're burnt onto a CD I can't find ATM! EDIT: Can't rep U now! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
