Skwurl Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Hi guys, So I've followed the cold startup several times, and every time, just as I'm taxing, the aircraft wants to slightly move right. This is both in taxing and during flight. I make sure my takeoff trim is selected, and when I'm airborne, I reset my trim, but it still wants to bank. Any ideas?

ilikepie Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 conflicting axis command in controls? Action After Contemplation
coolts Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Either that or wind? Or your controls aren't calibrated, (check in the axis page). I'm assuming you have trimmed the aircraft here, (takeoff trim just centres trim tabs IIRC) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] i7 9700k | 32gb DDR4 | Geforce 2080ti | TrackIR 5 | Rift S | HOTAS WARTHOG | CH PRO Pedals
Quirkitized Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 (edited) I had this problem but didn't even realize it and then read this: Due to asymmetrical payload? sure enough that is the cause, couple aim 9s and tgp on one side while other doesn't have any weight really banks it! asparagin Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 sure enough that is the cause, couple aim 9s and tgp on one side while other doesn't have any weight really banks it! You can also check it, by comparing to unloaded. MTFDarkEagle Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 A) Wind B) uneven payload C) faulty calibration Solution for A and B: trim :) C: Depends.. 1 Lukas - "TIN TIN" - 9th Shrek Air Strike Squadron TIN TIN's Cockpit thread
92nd-MajorBug Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Or maybe because the nosewheel is not at the center of the plane because of the cannon ? It was the same with the Su-25/T ;) 92nd Kodiak Air Force - May the Greuh be with you
Garfieldo Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Maybe EAC is turned off? I don't know whether this has an effect on non-AAP flight, just a suggestion.
