In 1.1.0.7, my 3D vision rig worked flawlessly, the DCS-A10 cockpit in 3D is incredible. The immersion factor is doubled.

After patching, I cant get the 3D to kick in:(, just wondering if its known that anything has been altered via the patch that would prevent 3d vision?

I'm running 2X GTX460s in SLI with latest 275.33 drivers. Black shark is still working in 3D vision BTW, so I know nothings changed with my rig.

OS: win7 64bit:

Gfx: 2x MSI GTX460 in SLI with Nvidia 275.33 drivers

Nvidia 3d vision

Monitor: LG W2363D

Joystick: G940

TrackIR 5

I'm not a stereo 3d guru but I used it several years ago. Maybe the HDR options or self shadowed cockpit is interferring with the 3d. I know when I used it there was not a huge amount of comparability with post processing effects.

hmmm, strange...I know that a lot of changes did get made to the sound code, but I believe it was to IMPROVE positional audio, not the opposite.

I believe there are new audio options to support all kinds of speaker configurations, and that the positional audio / occlusion stuff has been tweaked...I don't know how that might interact with your own environment though sorry.

ah, he speaks of visual 3d there, while I can't say what may be the problem, apart from the new dx11 dependencies possibly not being recognised by your 3d program or something, I am curious as to what setup you are using...

What mode are you using for viewing, and which program?

Thx for the replies. soz guys, I should have been clearer. The Nvidia 3D vision runs automatically with the right graphics card, the Nvidia 3D vision drivers included in the normal Nvidia drivers package and the 3D vision kit.

You need a 120Hz monitor too. Along with TrackIR the effect is incredible and quite hard to describe, but 2D just doesn't do it anymore for me.

Sam talks about perhaps the DX11 dependencies in 1.1.0.8 not being recognised, other DX11 software works great though. Ill keep trying different solutions and report if something works.
