bluepilot76 Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 In some of the campaigns the battlefield is changing fast, for example the 2nd or 3rd mission on the first campaign, the tanks are storming across the battlefield. the initial JTAC red triangle was rapidly obsolete. Without logging out of the JTAC with the "end of vul" call, is there a way to get updates from the JTAC? Technical Specs: Asus G73JW gaming laptop... i7-740QM 1.73GHz ... Nate--IRL-- Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 Not really but what you can do is lock up a target and say "contact" the JTAC will then confirm if that is your target or not. Nate Ka-50 AutoPilot/stabilisation system description and operation by IvanK- Essential Reading

lanmancz Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 hey, I just noticed that in 1.1.0.8 jtacs sometimes still give me incomplete coords (5 digits instead of 6) ... so is that a bug or is it intended to be this way ? Bug, coords should always be two letters followed by an even number of digits (6 to 12); technically the JTAC should also state the zone (37T or 38T in the game).
