Bower Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 I really look forward to going online with this once I'm not a noob :)
Impact Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 Why should we not care? Of course we care! If more and more people like this simulation and spread the word, more and more people will buy it which will give ED more resources to make even better Flight Sims! ------=:: I FLY BLEIFREI ::=------
Username455 Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 Haha me too, I feel like I'm not worthy for online yet, after seeing YouTube videos. It does look pretty awesome though. This sim is good in so many ways System: i7 920 @3.8ghz; GTX 560ti 448; 6gb DDR3 1600 ram; 750gb HDD; 750w PSU; Win7 64bit; x52 Pro; TrackIR 5
jeffyd123 Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 (edited) online is dramatically better... when you want to coordinate an attack or communicate enemy locations, or maybe you need help with your CDU, its waaaaaaaaaay better when a human answers instead of a "thing". Plus everyone will make fun of you when you make a mistake. So get your antisocial butts teamspeak 3 and head over to one of the virtuial wings and say hi! You'll find a lot of cool people with a similar fascination to yours with our kick ass hobby. You'll get to see how a REAL flight is supposed to communcate and perform under combat too... its Waaaaaaaaay better. mia389 Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 I learned the most online. Now when guys join TS I can help them.
joey45 Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 On-Line is the best way to learn. Head over to some Sqds. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. "Me, the 13th Duke of Wybourne, here on the ED forums at 3 'o' clock in the morning, with my reputation. Are they mad.." https://ko-fi.com/joey45
ravenone Posted July 3, 2011 Posted July 3, 2011 Yup.. gotta admit, even my antisocial butt has more fun online... just seeing and occasionally (okay okay rarely) interacting with other v-pilots. And noobs... will learn more stuff. BTW.. I have been in this sim sine the initial beta ... :pilotfly: and I am still so noob about some stuff. Don't sweat it... :joystick: get up there! ~ Rave [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Windows 10 (64) - AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core - 32 GB RAM - RTX 2080 Super
