lobo Posted July 23, 2011 Posted July 23, 2011 My attempt at flying an A-10 high airshow demo routine. Based loosely on AFI11-246v1 and the A-10 West and A-10 East Air Combat Command Demo team manoeuvres. Select 1080p go full screen, crank the volume and enjoy! Apologies for the lousy editing... 2 Lobo's DCS A-10C Normal Checklist & Quick Reference Handbook current version 8D available here: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/172905/
arriflex Posted July 23, 2011 Posted July 23, 2011 Nice flying! Some of those transitions would have me falling right out of the sky!

Laurius Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 Hi Lobo, I saw your demo today and enjoyed it very much. Your attempt is more than successfull ! Nice flight and nice vid by the way. It's really as if we were on the ground watching you. Good idea to add real GAU-8 and real demo spectators sound and voices. Jona33 Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 (edited) Nice flying Lobo. I liked the spectator sounds after the Simulated Mk82 run. Just one thing, what was that plane parked next to the spectators. (EDIT, it's a B52,) In the description it says there's a double engine flameout around halfway through. I've watched several times and can't see it. Could you tell us where it is. (no we're not going to laugh, getting them going again is impressive, i would have just ejected :)) Edited July 27, 2011 by Jona33 Always remember. I don't have a clue what I'm doing
Cibit Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 Love the slow roll. Some very precise flying, great work. Jona33 Posted July 30, 2011 Posted July 30, 2011 Nope. Well concealed. I wouldn't have noticed at all if it didn't say on the info box on youtube. Always remember. I don't have a clue what I'm doing

I think I was inverted a bit too long between the cuban 8 and the level 360... lol. The Flying Goose Posted July 30, 2011 Posted July 30, 2011 If I may also say so, you flew a nice routine, but for your sake I think I would do some research on the record AVI built in tool. I've never used it but I would expect it to be easier than stitching together 30 sec clips. Q6600 @ 2.4 GHz, Sapphire 5870, TM Warthog, 4 GB RAM, Windows 7
