Mohamengina Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 Are there any hotkeys available that make you zoom in exclusively on one MFCD screen? I find it's a bit difficult having to use the keys to zoom in to look at one MFCD screen to find a target, zoom into the other screen to slew the maverick and then finally zoom out to evade my target.
ZoomBoy27 Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 R.CTRL + NUMPAD-Zero and then Numpad-4 or Numpad-6 ZoomBoy My Flight Sims Page - Link to My Blog - Sims and Things - DCS Stuff++ - Up-to-Speed Guides to the old Lockon A10A and Su-25T - Some missions [needs update]

Maybe it's me, but I really can't figure out what it is you are asking. You want to press a key that zooms you in on a MFCD because you find it difficult to press a key that zooms you in on a MFCD?

Elwin Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 As ZoomBoy27 wrote: Num-0 + Num 4 is left MFCD and Num-0 + Num 6 is right MFCD - for as long as you hold it, upon release you will return to your previous view angle/zoom. If you want to stare at MFCDs for longer, then press this shortcut: RCtrl + Num-0, this will put you into panel view. Then pressing Num-1 through Num-9 will show you various panels from up close, without having to hold something pressed. To disengage this panel view, just press Num-0 again. Not having track IR yet, I heavily use these ;-)
Mohamengina Posted August 13, 2011 Author Posted August 13, 2011 Answered perfectly. This will keep me going until I invest in a trackir. Thanks.
