It is.. if you look at the MiG-35 display, it begins with a mock up buddy refueling.

Never forget that World War III was not Cold for most of us.

yea, I saw that, I wonder when they will use this. I think F-18's only use this around the ship when other jets are running low on fuel.

what I wonder is if the mig-29k can take off from the carrier with all that fuel.

The UPAZ container is standard for the Su-33 which can operate as a tanker. It's the new MiG-29KUB that it's shown refueling a MiG-35 on MAKS.

I wonder how much is the view restricted for the pilot. In jets like the F-14, 15, 16 and 18 they have the bubble canopy. In the T-50 it isn't so, it seems like looking back could be restricted, kinda like the 25/25T, but not to that extent. I know that the F-15 and 16, you can see everything around you very easily.

maybe visibility is not that good if you want to look to the back; but you can see that the pilots seats high in the cockpit so to the front and the sides the visibility is not bad. Looks like they are going to change the design of the cockpit glass anyway. I wonder what are pros and cons of single piece glass and two piece glass.

I would guess single glass like the F-16 is that nothing is in your way. The visibility in the 16 is amazing.

Maybe there is no need for a good view. All enemies are shot down more than 20 miles away, so why look back? :music_whistling:

@Cali

Yes, F-16 and F-22 might have the best view you can have in e jetplane. There is no other jet coming close to this view.
