Agg Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Condor is great, although it looks a bit dated...
theGozr Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 The graphics are dated but this Sim has the best FM ever made on any Simulator for the public. Many real pilot use it and i'm one of them ;) Fly it like you stole it..
Rikus Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 A friend of mine who is a gliderpilot, only says very good things of this simulator. Greetings
aaron886 Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 I fly Condor fairly frequently... it's very very well constructed. It's not particularly beautiful, but the visuals are adequate, and what really matters-- flight modeling-- is perfect.
Necroscope Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 It's really pleasure to fly Condor. But IMHO you have to be real soaring fan to play Condor all the time, as far it's not so eventful as combat sim or FS. Всех убью, один останусь!
airea Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 Yes the graphics are a little outdated but competition tasks are joy to fly. Online competition is what makes condor a real pleasure...
effte Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 It's a good one. Only thing I really can't stand about it is that it makes me long for gliding again. I dropped the license and only fly powered these days... ----- Introduction to UTM/MGRS - Trying to get your head around what trim is, how it works and how to use it? - DCS helos vs the real world.
Emmer Posted October 13, 2011 Author Posted October 13, 2011 W0W! Those alps look amazing, thats for sure. Anyways, any of you has an idea if they use motor powered gliders? Like this? Are there Condor communities like forums etc? Download pages like lockonfiles? This would be helpful....... [sIGPIC]http://www.fulltimepilots.nl/Sigs/LLTM2014.jpg[/sIGPIC] http://www.fulltimepilots.nl

mikoyan Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 ahh if sims could capture gs and the effects of spacial disorientation; I tock a ride on a cessna two weeks ago and now I can't look at my sims with the same eyes  we did a couple of 60 degree turns and the gs (only 2 gs) felt like crazy; now imaging pulling such a move on a real glider!
effte Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Or five Gs... :D FWIW, I find spatial disorientation a very small problem IRL, compared to simulators with all the imposed limits on perception. ----- Introduction to UTM/MGRS - Trying to get your head around what trim is, how it works and how to use it? - DCS helos vs the real world.
