upupandaway Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Although it´s not directly related to the road textures: I know there used to be an issue similar to this in one of the earlier versions of the game - after a fresh install of 1.1.1.0, I noticed that the water surface in some areas (somewhere among the big river and lakes north of Zugidi) will appear to be moving along with the plane while the rest of everything else just shows the correct relative motion. I think it´s still at the right altitude now (not sure though), but the effect is just as irritating if you are flying very low. Don´t want to hijack the thread - just couldn´t find anything related to this particular issue. If needed I could check where exactly this occured. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Deedle, deedle!

Any areas of water that connect directly to the sea are affected by surface depth issues (the waterway that runs from Inguri dam to the sea for one) but isolated bodies of water such as lakes, are unaffected.
upupandaway Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Ok, I thought they had that fixed... With a difference of maybe 150ft compared to the ocean you should be able to see it move below you though. That´s the actual point. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Deedle, deedle!
