Deadman Posted November 13, 2011 Posted November 13, 2011 Very https://forum.dcs.world/topic/133818-deadmans-cockpit-base-plans/#comment-133824 CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.
metalnwood Posted November 13, 2011 Posted November 13, 2011 I dont understand the pricing, why are these chassis http://hotseatsim.com/Products/Allsimulators/tabid/299/agentType/View/PropertyID/78/Default.aspx Are $4700 more than these chassis. http://hotseatsim.com/Products/Allsimulators/tabid/299/agentType/View/PropertyID/4/Default.aspx Someone is taking the piss somewhere and I usually do not comment on how much effort goes in to something but as the same company produces both the relative product is not worthy of the price. It does have milspec in the name though. I bet the airforce have bought many of them
metalnwood Posted November 13, 2011 Posted November 13, 2011 Don't get me wrong, I like places that price stuff like that at expensive prices. They are the things I can show my wife and then tell here I can get a fancy tube bender for $4k and another few hundred $$ in materials and save 2K along the way while having the machine at the end of it. :) Many tools acquired that way.
Gadroc Posted November 13, 2011 Posted November 13, 2011 I think everything above the chassis only model comes with displays and computer.
metalnwood Posted November 13, 2011 Posted November 13, 2011 Yes, it look s like that. I didnt even price the difference between the $6300 bare bones chassis and what the monitor/computer costs were.
