Just received my AFM issue here in Germany and liked the huge Ka-52 Alligator article!

Co-axial Alligator

In December 2010 Russia’s Army Aviation branch reported the long-awaited induction into service of the Kamov Ka-52 Alligator coaxial rotor attack helicopter, while the first frontline squadron took the new type on strength in May 2011. Alexander Mladenov reports.

You may find it interesting to, because we have the DCS:Ka-50.:) Edited by EagleEye

Nice article indeed on one of Russia's smartest programmes! Specially the Ka-52 / Mistral combo will pack some relevant punch!

I was surprised to read that statement: "....but it turned out that the RAA will have more Ka-52 then Mi-28 Night Hunter...". I thought that the Mi-28N is the "new" attack helicopter for RAA and the Ka-50/Ka-52 are only for special operations.
