ok I have "easy comms" set on and radio assist on. When I press the \ button I get nothing. Am I missing something? I was able to to this prior to the last upgrade.

If you are serious into simming : get a second U.S.-"qwerty"-Windows keyboard a.s.a.p. - the same type windows was programmed on... - and you have much less headache.

I had the same problem, I just cleared \ in the game and then re mapped \ again. worked okay after that. I seem to remember that my keyboard (Microsoft) doesn't register as \ it shows OME102 when pressed.

Hope that makes sense.

Think I have the same problem.

\ does nothing. Remapped to "OEM102" or wahtever it shows up as, still does nothing.

Warthog HOTAS throttle mic switch successfully moves the mic switch on the cockpit but no comms menus appear.

Im on easy comms and I'm playing missions where I know there should be assets available on the radio and the mission starts won the runway so its not that I dont have the radios turned on.

Any ideas?

It appears I'm not the only one with this issue. I would like to see a mod respond to this issue. What good is the game if we can't communicate?

Falcon, I dont suppose you have fiddled with your MonitorSetup files at all?

I have and I have a sneaking suspicion it might be that.
