Hello, I recently ordered a copy of 1.1 from natural point and I just wanted to know from the people that have also ordered 1.1 from there how long it took to ship to you. Im not very good at waiting. :P I also wanted to know if there is a fee that you have to pay when it is finally recieved. This is my first time buying something online so im not to sure. It's being shipped to Toronto, if thats of any relevance.

Hi, i bought my copy of 1.1 at Natural Point and have to say I'm very satisfied with them, I live in Brazil and I received the CD 11 days after I ordered with no extra fees. For you, living in Canada it would come even faster...

Yeah they were great, i ordered mine so i could have a hard copy (i already had the download) and got it in 4 days, but the disk was craked, they overnighted me a replacement, real good customer service. I'll definetly buy again from them.

I know i didn't need the hard copy because i could just go ahead and burn my download, but with the cd i don't have to worry about ever running out of activations (which i haven't installed again since it came out :D ), also i help ED fund more projects; my disc has never been used' cause i'm using the download though, anyways, you won't have any problems with them. Enjoy

Naturalpoint was excellent. I believe it only took one week for mine to get here but I also live in the U.S. I bought the Track IR from them as well and all I got to say is I will continue to do business with them. They rock!

I also ordered my copy of 1.1 at Naturalpoint and I must say they're wonderful. It was shipped within few MINUTES (!!!!) after placing the order and I received it in just one week (I live in Italy). It works fine, no problems like LockonGold.

And another good thing is that I paid it just $ 28.00 USD, about 22 euros, while at Simware, an European company, costs about 40 euros included shipping.

Seems to be quite a difference in delivery time compared to Europe. I ordered mine from SimWare late on a Monday and it shipped the next day and arrived here in London(UK) early Wednesday morning. :icon_jook

Or even here - bought mine from a natural point dealer in NZ - they had it within about a week or 2 of NP starting selling it in the States & they shipped it the day after I ordered it by overnight courier.. very happy 'cause I was just about to try ordering from England when I found them. Sounds like it was quicker for me to get it in NZ than it would have been in the States.

Yes but Naturalpoint shipped my FC copy 6 minutes after I placed my order. I still have the email that prove it.

I waited for months before buying FC, I don't care about the week it took to get from US to Italy. I paid no customs duties here.

So I paid FC about half than what I'd have paid it @ SimWare.

I also ordered it from NP and was very pleased with the turnaround time. I even used the cheaper shipping method and within a couple of weeks it was in my mailbox. I am really glad NP provided a hardcopy version of FC.

 

What I really appreciate is that Naturalpoint listens and responds to their customers. Naturalpoint heard us when we said we wanted a hardcopy version and worked with ED to provided it. Then customers outside the US requested a cheaper shipping method and once again NP reponded within days with other methods.
