Can you tell me it must be a 1.02 movie right cuz it's firing Kh-25MPU missle without

using a Fantasimogoria Pod

 

I have set this up with LOPE in 1.1 but I haven't set up a mission yet to try it out.

 

I wouldn't mind being able to fire off some Kh-25's for sead missions with the Su-25.

 

Do you now if it will work with 1.1 ?

For me LockOn_Dogfight ... old but still the greatest ... WVR at its best ... doesn't seem to have credits. Great music synchronisation ...

my choice for best movie has to be "Maximum G"

because it has great A/A and A/G combat in it ;)

Sadly the missile in question is a problem (I forget which missile I actually loaded up with, but it wasn't "cheated" into the loadout using an editor, I just chose it off the weapons list). I didn't realise when I made the movie that the 25 can't use it in real life, and it doesn't have the same simple method of deployment.

 

1.1 changed all that and made the sim far more realistic... and less enjoyable for amateur SEAD fans like me. :-)

 

So the movie is selling a partial lie, which I'm not really happy with. My Frog turned into a bit of a Toad. ;-)

PS While I'm posting to the thread, my favourite movies are by either Dobberman/Lucio or Bill et John... no reliance on expensive editing software FX (though such movies are superb in their own, "MTV generation" kinda way), just on great ideas that are well executed.

Thanks for the great Vid, Wish that we could cheat that missile into 1.1

 

I think it would not be such a cheat, but more of an equalizer since Field of

 

Vision (View) in the cockpit of a Virtual Plane is Soo.... Limited (restricted)

 

and sit-U awareness is reduced.

 

I would like to have it and make some great SEAD missions for the 25 (vanilla)

 

Those pesky radar's need some Threat to keep them off my back sometimes.

 

The 25 flies so nice but it can be knocked out so easily also (stingers, and other such )

 

I fly with radio assist to help equalize my sit-U in the 25.

 

Anyone know how to get that missle working 1.02 style ??
