Brand New to this Simulator and have some Questions

I am finally getting back into the PC world after years of XBox gaming and it was the YouTube Videos and the look and quality of both DCS A-10 and P-51 that did it.

 

Now to my questions... Are both games stand alone or do I need to purchess A-10 before P-51? Since I am likely going to buy both anyways. Just wanted to know what order I should go in if that matters.

Welcome back to the real world of Sim's and you've to come to the right place...DCS has and will take a big chunk of the Flight Simulation community by Storm with their new DCS-P51D Mustang and the new DCS-World..this takes it all to a newer and higher level of flight Models...I know you will never leave your chair once you start flying in the DCS-P51D

You could purchess each one alone. But you need to have the hardware to fly both. Proper. For years of addiction to come:
