Try Deleting C:\Users\<User Name>\Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input\su-25T\mouse\mouse.lua

 

The Bits in red are calling a Modifier button on your joystick that no longer exists - click on the Modifiers button at the bottom to verify all is in order.

@Nate - the issue can be seen/replicated in the Trunk build whilst the Universal build accepts mouse input assignments.

I'm checking 1.1.2.1 and trunk and it works ok for me - odd.
