I can only assume that the 360 controller exports DirectX axes to windows, in which case I see no reason why it shouldn't work with 1.0.2 (or BS2 or whatever other game that makes use of axes).

Did you already try to configure the controller in the options menu (sub-menu "Controls"), or did you just start to fly right after the installation?

The 360 controller should appear in that menu. From there on, assigning the hats to the axes should be pretty self explanatory. If the controller doesn't show up there, does it work at all in windows?

Make sure you have the control options menu set to either 'Ka-50: game' or Ka-50-sim', depending on which mode you play in. Also make sure that you're in the 'axis' section of the controls options menu.

When you say you updated to the latest version, are you talking about the latest version of DCS World, or the latest version of the standalone Black Shark 2 client?

i tried both the game and the real settings

BUT in the game settings the command "axis commands" isnt

even in the menu

and in the real settings it whont trigger on both the sticks as well

first i updated the basic BS to

DCS-BS_Patch_1.0.1c_EN

after that installation i updated to

DCS_BS_Patch_1.0.2_EN

none of these patches are an upgrade to DCS world or black shark 2

well that is what is said on the dcs website

which alows you to play multiplayer with the AC-10's in it as well

and some bug fixes if im right

That's odd. And you've tried the controller in other games to make sure it's working properly too?

this is the only game i play on the pc the rest is on the xbox

but as far as i can see when i go to joy.cpl and calibrate or look at the

movements of the joystick

it seems to work all just fine in windows

EDIT: copy of the 1.0.2 patch

This patch adds multiplayer compatibility between the Black Shark and Flaming Cliffs 2. As such, either game can host a multiplayer mission that both products can fly in.

Several additions and a few bugfixes have also been included in this patch.

For a more complete list of changes and improvements, please refer to the readme1.0.2_en file.
