upgrade from FC1 to FC2

i have lock on gold with FC1 already and i want to upgrade to FC2,but i don't wanna buy the original Lomac cd just the FC2 upgrade. where can i buy the FC2 upgrade itself?:pilotfly:

LockOn: Gold is a two disk set that includes original LOMAC and FC1 on CD. All you need to do is install original LOMAC from disk 1 and then install FC2. I recommend just buying the downloadable version of FC2 simply because its quick and easy.

Do you know that ED is going to release FC3? Maybe you're

going to get angry if you buy FC2 and discover that in two months you'll have to pay

again for FC3.

Off course it may take one year for FC3 to see the light so it's up to you...

That is the only source I have seen if you want to buy FC2 by itself.

 

LockOn Platinum is usually around $20 but it has FC2 and LockOn CDs both included.

 

As stated above, FC3 is due out this year and, like FC2, will require LockOn but not any previous version of FC.

It is unknown for the moment,but FC3 will make FC compatible with DCS World,so you'll be able to play

online against A10C,Ka50s,etc... and enjoy all the better visuals and options DCS Worlds brings up.

Will there be an improvement of the AI SAM behavior? Will the radars cut off themselves to avoid destruction, just like in the real life? Will there be info sharing and cooperation between different SAM sites from the same side? And will this info potentially reach the player through the AWACS and EWR linking?

 

I am interested in knowing whether it will be MIG-29S in Lomac is modelled with the N019Ms dual targeting capability for the R-77, or whether it retains the radar functionality(SST only engagement mode) of the basic N019/N001 as was the case in Flanker 2.0/2.5?
