manual P.138/672

1. EAC Switch. The EAC switch has two positions, OFF (down) and ARM (up). When in the ARM position, EAC is provided to LASTE. If in the OFF position, the EAC functions are disabled and the EAC caution light appears.

Basically, LASTE comprises GCAS, LAAP, and EAC which uses LASTE and INS and SAS quadro to work concomitantly with LASTE.

To get back to your question, read the red.

However, if you mean ARM/OFF and the one next to it, NRM/DIS this is the radar altimeter switch. It enables your radar altimeter, similar to a submarine atlas echolot keel depth pinger. Dunno if you know this, but its the space under the aircraft which is sandwiched between you and ground.

Hope this helps.

Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.

Either your game or a bug, I'll take a look in a minute.

Always remember. I don't have a clue what I'm doing

OP is right:

Screenshot made in 1.1.1.1 (not in DCS: World).

And I have no clue why these keys appear twice. Probably a bug.

and also when armed via keyboard it will be armed regardless of nmsp egi or hars

Same here, although I don't know if this is a bug. Might be a concession for Warthog owners because the switch won't physically flip back on the Warthog throttle base.
