Corrigan Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 The ball (turn and balance indicator) is centered during turns (without any rudder input ofc) when the SAS yaw channel is turned OFF and not centered when the SAS is ON. Anyone else? Win10 x64 | SSDs | i5 2500K @ 4.4 GHz | 16 GB RAM | GTX 970 | TM Warthog HOTAS | Saitek pedals | TIR5
MagnumHB Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 Sure looks like it to me, although I didn't notice any difference between SAS yaw on or off. The ball was all over the place either way.
Nate--IRL-- Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 It turns out the SAS is ok - the Ball however is the part that is bugged. It is over-sensitive right now. Nate Ka-50 AutoPilot/stabilisation system description and operation by IvanK- Essential Reading
bkthunder Posted July 14, 2012 Posted July 14, 2012 I get the same behavior, ball centered with SAS OFF! With SAS on the airplane wobbles all over the place...Hope they fix it 'cause it's really a show stopper Windows 10 - Intel i7 7700K 4.2 Ghz (no OC) - Asus Strix GTX 1080 8Gb - 16GB DDR4 (3000 MHz) - SSD 500GB + WD Black FZEX 1TB 6Gb/s
Corrigan Posted July 14, 2012 Author Posted July 14, 2012 Exactly. It can't only be the ball, the switches have to be flipped aswell in that case. Win10 x64 | SSDs | i5 2500K @ 4.4 GHz | 16 GB RAM | GTX 970 | TM Warthog HOTAS | Saitek pedals | TIR5
