ED Team BIGNEWY Posted July 29, 2012 ED Team Posted July 29, 2012 (edited) First download and install dcs world 1.2.0 the SU-25T is free to fly in single player until you have one of the other modules then it can be used in multiplayer. http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php?ProductId=21&end_pos=137&scr=product&lang=en then download your modules A-10c and bs2 1.2.0 modules and install into dcs world http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php?end_pos=136&scr=products&lang=en I know how you feel I am also on a slow connection, 12 hours for me to download :) all prices can be found here http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php?end_pos=1322&scr=shop&lang=en Edited July 29, 2012 by BIGNEWY Forum rules - DCS Crashing? Oznerol256 Posted July 29, 2012 Posted July 29, 2012 The standalone versions of BS and A-10C are still available but they won't receive any patches or bugfixes in the future. If you want to use a standalone you will always be able to do that. However i do not recommend that because DCS World offers much more fun. You can fly the Su25T and fly online with P51D players at no cost! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
cichlidfan Posted July 29, 2012 Posted July 29, 2012 You can fly the Su25T and fly online with P51D players at no cost! That would be incorrect. DCS World does include a free flyable Su-25T but, without the purchase/installation of at least one module (P-51, CA, etc.) you cannot fly online with anyone. joey45 Posted July 29, 2012 Posted July 29, 2012 If im thinking right will my BS2 and A-10 work within dcsworld? You need to download the new modules And damm the big files my internet is now 2meg in my new house only DCS: World is big but the modules are a lot smaller I know companys need to progress but now im left behind and not sure whats what lol Cheers Don't worry. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. MP is only available if at least one module is installed. But that's not a problem because jaykinch said he has got A-10C. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
