JeffRod Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 Hello, fellow simmers. This happened yesterday, on a MP session. Screen's attached. The mission was an attack on a SA-3 site, covered by Sa-15's and Sa-19's. As shown, I'm flying low, with a SEAD payload, and both my Elint pod is receiving their transmissions and my RWR indicates that I'm being tracked. Is it a known and reported bug? Aren't they supposed to be "shadowed" by the mountain range ahead? Your thoughts? maturin Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 I noticed that in SP too. Maybe the Elint pod just tracks their last known position through the terrain? But the RWR really should go dark. And the audio alarms seem quite unreliable on the T-toad.

marcos Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 The A-10 TGP will remember position after losing track too.
Ironhand Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 The A-10 TGP will remember position after losing track too. That's not it in this case. The orientation of the radar on the hillside is what's causing the issue. I posted about it in the Bug section: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=1533102#post1533102.
